Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our community, ensuring that our apartments are move-in ready and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vacated apartments and perform minor repairs as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure the integrity of all equipment
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members, maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with general repair and maintenance
- Strong commitment to quality and safety
- Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work well with other team members
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with rotating on-call shifts.
