About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Total Renal Care, Inc. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
  • OCDT certification required; additional certifications a plus.
