Lead Brand Strategist

Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our dynamic marketing team, the Lead Brand Strategist will spearhead the growth initiatives for our innovative brand, focusing on enhancing market presence and consumer engagement. This role is integral to shaping the strategic direction of our brand, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with our core values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Strategic Development:** Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at elevating brand visibility and driving consumer demand across various channels.
2. **Creative Leadership:** Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
3. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Lead a diverse team, coordinating efforts across departments to achieve unified brand goals and objectives.
4. **Performance Monitoring:** Track and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with business targets.
5. **Budget Management:** Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all expenditures align with strategic priorities and deliver a strong return on investment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA in Marketing preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods or related sectors.
- Proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for storytelling.
