Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between Budderfly and our clients' executive teams to build trust and ensure seamless communication.
  • Drive brand-specific success for existing clients, expanding their locations and increasing energy savings.
  • Develop and execute customized solutions to meet clients' unique energy management needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client requests are fulfilled and projects are delivered on time.
  • Resolve client complaints and track all interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand changing client needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and build strong relationships.
Requirements
  • McDonald's operational experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or related energy industry experience.
  • Extensive experience building and managing C-level relationships with clients in an executive sales or account management role.
  • Ability to understand and assist in meeting clients' company sustainability goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
