- Develop and implement safety training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety or public/private sector risk and safety programs.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Defensive Driver Certification within 6 months of hire.
- OSHA certification.
- Certified Playground Inspector (CPI) certification.
