Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of our facilities and equipment to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for employees to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, Occupational Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in occupational health and safety or public/private sector risk and safety programs.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Defensive Driver Certification within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA certification.
  • Certified Playground Inspector (CPI) certification.
