Job Title: Occupational Health LPN

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care in an occupational health setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide holistic nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care clinic setting.
  • Administer medications according to department policy and as ordered by the physician.
  • Collaborate with clinical, technical, clerical, administrative, and support staff to facilitate patient care.
  • Conduct physicals according to specific requirements established by individual corporations and regulatory agencies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • License as LPN in Georgia required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in an occupational health setting preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
  • Substantial level of analytical ability required to set priorities and coordinate patient care.
  • Advanced level of interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with multiple personalities and levels of personnel.
Work Environment:

The LPN will work in a high-volume, moderate-acuity ambulatory care clinic setting. The position may require working at an onsite customer location without direct supervision.
