About the Role

The Developmental Support Provider will play a critical role in supporting the educational and developmental growth of children at Hankies Child Care Corporation. This award-winning daycare has established itself as a trusted provider in the 19th Ward, prioritizing the well-being and education of its students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Assist in planning and implementing daily activities and curricula.
  • Collaborate with the Provider to create a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about children's progress.

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of experience in childcare or a related field is required. Certification in CPR/First Aid is mandatory. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. An estimated salary range of $18-$22 per hour applies.
