Key Responsibilities:- Supervise direct reports and make recommendations for performance management and disciplinary action.
- Train subordinates to achieve goals and contribute to the new employee selection process.
- Oversee the management of assigned branch offices and provide management and development to branch personnel.
- Recommend authority levels and conditions for Bond Managers and Underwriters within the assigned region.
- Coordinate and approve underwriting submissions within the assigned region.
- Evaluate annual business plans of assigned branch offices and prepare annual business plans and budgets.
- Provide strategic direction in executing business plans and monitor execution against Company objectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent.
- Minimum of eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
