Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise direct reports and make recommendations for performance management and disciplinary action.
  • Train subordinates to achieve goals and contribute to the new employee selection process.
  • Oversee the management of assigned branch offices and provide management and development to branch personnel.
  • Recommend authority levels and conditions for Bond Managers and Underwriters within the assigned region.
  • Coordinate and approve underwriting submissions within the assigned region.
  • Evaluate annual business plans of assigned branch offices and prepare annual business plans and budgets.
  • Provide strategic direction in executing business plans and monitor execution against Company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
