- Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ensure care is delivered as indicated in the resident care plan.
- Respond to emergency needs as designated by community policies.
- Current nursing license.
- Experience in community or long-term care settings.
- Geriatric assessment skills and knowledge of dementia care.
