Job Summary

The Sales Manager OEM is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the hotel. This role requires effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve hotel revenue and market share goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence other managerial personnel, hotel guests, and/or corporate clients
  • Experience with professional selling skills desired: opening, probing, supporting, closing
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills
