**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-time Call Center/Patient Relation Representative to join our team in Grafton, ND. In this role, you will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, processing patient payments, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Answer and direct incoming calls from patients and others contacting the clinic.
  • Process patient payments over the phone and update records accordingly.
  • Assist patients with registration and updating their information in computer databases.
  • Verify insurance coverage and communicate with patients regarding payment options.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Administration Certificate or 2 years experience in medical reception required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits:**
