Your Role in Our Team

As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be at the forefront of warehouse automation, transforming the handling and distribution of goods. Collaborating with top retailers, we focus on enhancing efficiency and innovation in supply chain operations. Compensation: $32-$38

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all tasks, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Boost system performance and reduce downtime through proactive maintenance efforts.
  • Conduct a variety of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Support the production team with basic troubleshooting, coaching, and fault resolution.
  • Assist in the installation of new components or the refurbishment of existing systems.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives through in-depth system knowledge and site-specific enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in industrial technology or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant electrical and/or mechanical role is required; 5+ years is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in electrical systems (3-Phase, 480V, DC, and 24V controls) and mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with drive technology (motors/gears) and control technology (PLC/controls/inverters).
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and apply electrical measurement techniques.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary monitoring software.
  • Experience in maintaining material handling systems in a light industrial or distribution center setting is highly desirable.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to engage in continuous walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing.
  • Comfortable working at heights while utilizing fall-arrest gear and other personal protective equipment.
  • Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
