Nuclear Medicine Specialist

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear medicine and the ability to administer sound patient care practices according to department and hospital policies/procedures. Key responsibilities include completing ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations, demonstrating radiation protection/safety for patients, staff, and self as outlined in department protocols and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining equipment, exam rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide clinical services according to Nuclear Medicine practice standards while acting as a resource to Nuclear Medicine students and other technologists.
