About the Role

Pace Analytical Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of the MN-Field team, you will provide administrative support to the Air and Water sampling departments and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with project coordination, client communication, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to respond to client inquiries and route them to the correct Project Manager.
  • Support sales with client onboarding, credit setup, and purchasing processes.
  • Assist with supply purchasing, equipment rentals, and tracking for Field and Laboratory teams.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to provide invoice copies and collections assistance.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including shipping, copying, filing, and data entry.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
