Primary Purpose of the Job

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing team by conducting research, creating compelling content, and managing various projects that contribute to the organization's brand presence and marketing initiatives.

Supervisory Responsibility

Does not directly supervise team members.

Essential Duties
  • Perform analytical research to gather and maintain competitive, market, and client information, as well as preparing reports on new products, customer experience, markets, and project ROI/results.
  • Develop, write, and proof creative content for print collateral, digital content, product guides, emails, presentations, ads, social media, and press releases, ensuring alignment with brand, messaging, and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate on creating supporting graphics for projects, including infographics, slide decks, and interactive content, while sourcing images and design elements in line with brand guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing external and internal events, including sourcing vendors for marketing collateral, event supplies, and tools to improve departmental efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain contact lists for client and prospect campaigns using HubSpot and other communication tools.
  • Track and order company-branded elements such as business cards and stationery, while organizing purchase orders and invoices, submitting them to Accounting, and reconciling monthly credit card payments.
  • Create and distribute internal company communications.
  • Stay informed of current policies and procedures.
  • Continues professional development through ongoing training and education.

Required Education and Experience
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years in a business-to-business environment - preferred
  • Familiarity with HubSpot - preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud - preferred
  • Proficient in Office365 applications
Travel Requirements
  • Occasional travel up to 5% of the time. Use of a personal vehicle may be required.
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at a desk and while working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Regular interaction with other team members, including spontaneous and planned video meetings.
  • Ability to effectively perform responsibilities under occasionally stressful situations, including meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annual standards and workload expectations.
  • Ability to work any shift and required overtime based on business needs.
