Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, including mentoring, training, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth organizational operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively.
  • Establish, implement, and uphold quality assurance protocols.
  • Enhance the efficiency of existing organizational processes to bolster internal capacity.
  • Pursue strategic and operational goals actively.
  • Ensure that operational activities are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Oversee timely data collection to update operational metrics, aiming to meet productivity targets, minimize costs, reduce errors, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.

  • Perform performance evaluations and motivate direct reports positively.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record in budget development and execution.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with management software programs such as Praxedo, QuickBooks, and SAP is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand business models and key drivers.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining oversight of daily operations and customer service.
  • Excellent analytical skills to gather and interpret large data sets, identify objectives, explore solutions, implement changes, and report outcomes to senior management.
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills; ability to foster strong working relationships through a problem-solving approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, building trust and respect within the team, and effectively communicating expectations.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Strong work ethic and proactive approach; resilient in navigating ambiguity and change.

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel as necessary within the assigned territory to engage with customers and attend training at other locations.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves prolonged sitting, standing, manual dexterity, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Assistive devices will be provided for heavier items.
