Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients through in-person, online, and written communication.
    • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
  • Business Development
    • Actively prospect round accounts and solicit increases in existing client coverage and network for new clients, including win backs.
    • Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation.
  • Policy Presentation and Education
    • Present policies to the insured and educate them on coverages and rates.
Requirements
  • Insurance License
    • Hold a Property and Casualty Insurance License required by Texas.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of at least one year of insurance experience in Property and Casualty sales.
    • Prefer experience with multiple carriers.
