Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient delivery of vehicle parts and merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries, greet customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner, and provide accurate information about vehicle parts and services.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, receive and store parts in a timely and organized manner, and ensure that parts are readily available when needed.
  • Ordering and Procurement: Order parts from suppliers based on customer and service department requests, and ensure that parts are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Payment and Returns: Process payments, obtain credit authorization, and handle core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous parts advisor experience preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of automotive components and systems, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
