Job Title: Archivist/Records Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Archivist/Records Manager to support all phases of the records management lifecycle at Puente de Vida LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting records inventories, developing file plans, and drafting records control schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of the records management lifecycle, including creation, maintenance, and disposal of records.
- Conduct thorough records inventories, develop comprehensive file plans, and draft records control schedules to ensure accurate and efficient management of records.
- Assist in enhancing and maintaining a records management program that meets the needs of the organization.
- Introduce new technologies and best practices to improve records management, including electronic record-keeping, email management, digital imaging, cloud storage, and social media management.
- Implement effective procedures to ensure program sustainability and compliance with Federal records management practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant records management/archivist experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting records inventories, creating file plans, and drafting control schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal records management practices and electronic record-keeping, including email, digital imaging, cloud storage, and social media.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Records Management or Information Management is preferred and considered an asset.
Salary: $75,000-$88,000
