Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce university parking policies through diligent patrolling of assigned locations.
  • Utilize handheld devices to issue citations for parking violations and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide assistance and information to campus visitors regarding parking facilities and regulations.
  • Address operational challenges related to parking equipment and assist with maintenance as needed.
  • Engage in outdoor work across various weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in using, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Valid US or Canadian driver's license with a commitment to safe driving practices.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with campus layout and facilities.

Additional Information:

All new hires will be expected to adhere to university guidelines. This position operates from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime required. A background check will be conducted as part of the employment process.
