Job Title: Director of Educational Resource Development and Implementation

McMillen Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Educational Resource Development and Implementation to lead the development and implementation of custom educational resources for 3rd party organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee the design, development, and implementation of McMillen Health's custom educational resources.
  • Oversee a team of Multimedia Specialists, Curriculum Developers, Trainers, and Administrative Assistants.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in health education and develop tailored resources to address specific community health priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish resources and partnerships that enhance program effectiveness and outreach.
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess resource impact and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all educational resources align with best practices and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and manage the departmental budget.
  • Stay current with trends and research in health education.
  • Represent McMillen Health at community events and conferences.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Education, Health Promotion, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program development and implementation.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of health education principles, curriculum design, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks annually.
  • 3% Retirement Match into 403(b) Plan after 1 year of service.
  • Paid Parental Leave after 1 year of service.
  • Twenty-four (24) days of paid holidays per year.
