About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at ArtYard. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing full scope human resource functions, including recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting process to attract, hire, and onboard new staff.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide guidance and resources to staff and management on performance management, coaching, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Recommend benefits and compensation strategies that align with organizational values and goals.
  • Effectively respond to workplace complaints and conduct investigations as needed.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years increasingly responsible HR/People Ops experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build credible relationships internally and externally.
  • Up-to-date with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in an HR Leadership role in a small to mid-size organization.
  • HR recognized certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
