Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Support Worker to join our team at Cornerstones of Maine. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting young adults with mental health issues to develop the skills and confidence needed to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to residents, promoting their independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Encourage residents to participate in educational and vocational activities, promoting their personal growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident progress, providing regular updates to program staff.

About Cornerstones of Maine

Cornerstones of Maine is a small residential treatment program designed to assist young adults (ages 18 to 28) in their journey to adulthood. We address the current need for therapeutic services for young adults who have significant potential but are struggling with mental health issues that are obstacles to their ability to live independently.
