Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ServiceNow capabilities to support business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Design and develop software solutions using ServiceNow platform
- Participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- 5+ years of experience configuring and developing applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Two or more ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS)
- Experience integrating multiple data sets into ServiceNow
- Foundational certification in ITIL v3 or above

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building integrations with 3rd party systems using REST and SOAP web services
- Experience with Agile development process
- Previous experience working with Business Architecture concepts (TOGAF)
