Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Doubletree West Palm Beach Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests.
- Issue room keys and provide guest instructions.
- Sort and track incoming mail, messages, and packages.
- Transmit and receive messages using various communication channels.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, registration, and local information.
- Keep records of room availability and rates.
- Compute guest bills, collect payments, and make change.
- Make, confirm, and cancel reservations via various communication channels.
- Post charges to guest bills if necessary.
- Deposit guest valuables in the hotel safe.
- Assist with room service orders and room calls.
- Have a working knowledge of each shift, including night audit.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
- Pushing, bending, stooping, and manual dexterity.
- Hearing, writing, and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Working weekends is a requirement.
- Other duties may be assigned.
