About the Company: Fountain of Joy LLC is a leading provider of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist for HCBS.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year

Job Description: As an Administrative Support Specialist for HCBS, you will provide critical support to our HCBS program, including:
  • Assisting with recruitment, evaluation, and management of Service Providers
  • Preparing and maintaining employee files, including licensing and certification documentation
  • Coordinating and scheduling in-person home visits with families and Service Providers
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations and policies
  • Providing administrative and front desk support as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
