Fountain of Joy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist for HCBS to join our team.

About the Job:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program, focusing on:

  • Recruitment and management of Service Providers
  • Payroll preparation and maintenance of employee files
  • Scheduling and conducting home visits with families and Service Providers

You will work collaboratively with our HCBS Director/Coordinator to ensure the success of our program.

Essential Functions:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
