Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in Pearland, TX

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Pearland, TX. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate students from Spanish-speaking families to identify communication disorders and develop effective treatment plans.
- Present evaluation findings as part of the ARD or IEP process to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Provide speech and/or language therapy to students identified with communication disorders, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Maintain accurate service records of students on caseload, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Develop speech and language goals in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with students' needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with other education staff to develop integrated goals for students with multiple or other disabilities, promoting a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
- Consult with school staff and parents on the inclusion of materials to support speech and language development, or other areas of curriculum related to speech and language.
- Participate in the Medicaid billing process for school-based services as directed, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Texas SLP license
