Position Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist with expertise in feeding to join our team in the South Houston Division. This role is available on a part-time or PRN basis and involves working closely with children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Speech Therapy assessments utilizing standardized evaluation tools to identify therapy needs.
- Utilize clinical expertise to formulate and execute tailored treatment plans in accordance with physician directives.
- Collaborate with caregivers to create home exercise programs that enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage as an integral member of the healthcare team, ensuring coordinated care across various disciplines.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of patient visits as mandated by agency requirements.
- Complete necessary documentation, including patient charts, progress notes, and call logs, in a timely manner.
- Participate in meetings with agency staff to stay informed about care standards and expectations.
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:
- A valid and active Speech Language Pathology license in Texas.
- A proactive approach complemented by a proven track record of dependability.
- Adaptability to adjust priorities and resources based on business needs.
- Proficiency in standard workplace technology, including computers and communication tools.
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric feeding experience is required.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 years of experience as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist and familiarity with home-health environments.
- Additional certifications in feeding therapy or related specialties (e.g., VitalStim, SOS, SOFFI) are advantageous.

Bilingual Candidates:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
