Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize demand, costs, and supply chain performance.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring excellent commercial terms, payment requirements, and quality delivery.
- Category Management: Analyze and optimize indirect spend across various categories, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, provide sourcing expertise, and ensure seamless execution of sourcing initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a strong background in indirect categories.
- Advanced skills in quantitative applications, such as Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse solutions, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Ariba Sourcing and negotiation of pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information from various sources and make data-driven decisions.
