Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

At ServiceNow, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Software Sourcing Team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for providing value to the organization by hitting annual savings targets, reducing contractual risk, and meeting stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier contracts from cradle to grave, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to drive enterprise-wide savings and improve supplier relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to understand their sourcing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings, and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in technology sourcing with a focus on Software in a high growth, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to oversee simultaneously occurring projects, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Ability to spot trends in data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
  • Proven creative thinker with a problem-solving approach to implement solutions at scale.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing processes, methodologies, and approaches.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
  • Have an excellent track record of establishing relationships, influencing, and negotiating competing priorities among business partners.
  • Can-do mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary, equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
