Position Summary:

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a dedicated Compliance Assistant to enhance our compliance efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Conduct routine compliance activities as assigned, including the reception, examination, organization, and distribution of documentation, as well as reporting and contract management tasks.
  2. Provide administrative support to the Director of Compliance as needed.
  3. Create and maintain various documents using Excel and Word.
  4. Assist with confidential projects while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  5. Organize and maintain departmental files and records, including the digital management of documents.
  6. Prepare for and assist in compliance audits and reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  7. Support assigned Compliance staff with administrative functions.
  8. Format presentations, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
  9. Monitor quality and regulatory standards in support service delivery.
  10. Assist in managing compliance oversight for a portfolio of contracts.
  11. Conduct research on compliance-related inquiries and document findings.
  12. Serve as a resource for departmental managers, staff, and administration.
  13. Assist in the preparation and delivery of compliance reports to ensure adherence to internal policies.
  14. Communicate with internal departments and external entities as directed.
  15. Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning, copying, and data entry.
  16. Stay informed on compliance regulations and updates relevant to the healthcare sector.
  17. Support the onboarding process for non-employees.
  18. Ensure proper documentation for compliance projects and contract management.
  19. Complete additional tasks as assigned.
