This position is a long-term contract opportunity. Initially, the role requires onsite presence for the first 30 days, after which a hybrid work model may be considered based on managerial discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for Office 365 back-office systems, including Teams Voice, InTune, O365, SCCM, Active Directory, and telephony systems.
  • Oversee the management of infrastructure applications, such as the Office 365 back-office suite and Exchange mail.
  • Deliver Tier 3 support for infrastructure applications.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges faced by internal clients and external customers, including issues escalated from the Service Desk.
  • Proactively monitor infrastructure applications utilizing industry-standard monitoring tools.
  • Document modifications and actions within the change management and service management systems.
  • Collaborate as a member of a highly technical and customer-focused team, sharing knowledge and training with colleagues to ensure effective cross-training.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and ongoing operation of infrastructure applications, including Office 365 back-office suite, MS Exchange Online, SharePoint, InTune, Teams, Citrix, and others.
  • Regularly apply patches and upgrades, and enhance administrative tools and utilities.
  • Assist in system deployments, both minor and major releases, as well as system upgrades.
  • Possess knowledge of IP networking and telephony systems, including IP Gateways, Session Border Controllers, and VoIP.
  • Participate in meetings to coordinate service requirements, installations, and project milestones to meet client expectations.
  • Utilize a knowledge database and track changes effectively.
  • Identify and familiarize oneself with the software and hardware utilized and supported by the organization.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Three (3) years of experience in system engineering, system administration, application administration, or other related technology support roles is essential.

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Expert, and ITIL Foundation.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automating system administrative tasks and data workflow processes is necessary.

Additional requirements include:

  • A valid driver's license with no recent DWI convictions.
  • Ability to pass a physical examination, including a drug screening.
  • Proficiency in PC software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with the public, coworkers, management, and clients.
  • Capability to perform work remotely as needed.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
  • Demonstrated ability for honest analysis.
