Job Summary

CBB Bank is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the bank's network and servers, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data centers, servers, networking, and security infrastructure equipment
  • Administer enterprise software systems
  • Deploy and enforce security policies and procedures
  • Provide IT support and resolve problems for employees
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees
  • Suggest and implement improvements in procedures and equipment
  • Manage an issue tracking system and report on issue resolution SLAs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of help desk software and ITSM process
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS administration, Windows server administration, and networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain employee satisfaction
  • Bilingual: English/Korean preferred

Education and Experience

  • 5 years of experience in IT administration and networking knowledge
