Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management Consultant

At TEPHRA, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with internal and external customers to monitor and maintain security controls across corporate and business applications and devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with internal and external customers to monitor and maintain security controls.
  • Interact with customers or other stakeholders to aid in the resolution of vulnerabilities.
  • Assist in defining and continually improving vulnerability risk management requirements.
  • Develop processes and/or improve processes related to vulnerability risk management.
  • Collaborate with our team to conduct vulnerability assessment and monitoring services.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify and implement VRM operational needs.
  • Resolve technical issues escalated from the SOC.
  • Technical SME for VRM tools used to perform scans.
  • Triage newly identified critical vulnerabilities and Zero-Day vulnerabilities.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the threat intelligence team and SOC.
  • Interact with stakeholders to develop and fine-tune metrics.
  • Provide written and oral communication to the information security manager.
  • Follow departmental change management process.
  • Lead services to integrate static and dynamic application security testing.
  • Lead services to integrate Policy compliance scanning and vulnerability scanning solutions.
  • Integrate internal business intelligence of high value assets into VRM tools.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of application vulnerability management identification, analysis, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL and experience working with IT services.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Data analysis and problem resolution.
  • Applying good risk-based judgment to complex problems.
  • Evaluation of threats and risk to business operations.
  • IT Infrastructure solutions such as Networking & Telecommunications, System Administration, Database, Web Servers, and authentication/access control technologies.
  • Experience in assessing the risk of a proposed solution.
  • Ability to think analytically and to understand and communicate quantitative information.
  • Computer Science Degree.
