We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to join our team as a Senior Leadership Position in our London office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our presence in the London market, developing and implementing strategies to ensure consistent delivery across projects and markets, and providing guidance and mentorship to our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and developing our presence in the London market
- Assisting in the implementation of strategies to ensure consistent delivery across projects and markets
- Providing daily guidance to our London team, coaching employees, and mentoring
- Assisting in ensuring backup and succession by monitoring the ongoing development of staff members' abilities and scope of expertise
- Providing input and leadership on office strategy and direction
- Guiding a program of local wellness and employee engagement initiatives
- Working collaboratively with other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the entire organization
Technical Aspects
- Engaging through all project stages, from definition, through planning, design, and construction, using your demonstrated abilities to recognize opportunities, understand client needs, and manage and deliver projects
- Ensuring fluid communication between the various internal and external stakeholders involved in each project
- Participating in the preparation of proposals and budget estimates
- Coordinating with other Engineering disciplines, architects, and planners on multidisciplinary projects
