Regional Business Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Business Manager to lead our European business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust business strategy aligned with our global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full P&L responsibility for the European business, ensuring both revenue growth and profitability.
  • Drive sales and explore new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of dynamic marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.
  • Lead operations, financial control, and ensure adherence to budget and financial disciplines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree (essential)
  • MBA (full-time) preferred
  • Proven experience in P&L management and leading large-scale business operations
  • At least 15 years of overall work experience in FMCG
  • Minimum 3 years in handling the European market

Technical Skills & Behavioural Skills:

  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
