Administrative Coordinator

PrideStaff offers a unique opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering logistical data into our system.
The estimated salary for this position is $20 - $23 per hour. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that offers growth opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Enter logistical data into the system accurately and timely
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy
- Order Processing and Documentation: Process orders and maintain accurate documentation
- Quality Control and Error Resolution: Review input data entries for discrepancies or errors and resolve issues collaboratively with warehouse staff
- Report Generation and Analysis: Generate and maintain accurate reports on inventory trends, shipping schedules, and warehouse productivity
Requirements:
- Data Entry Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent experience in Data Entry/Order Entry
- Customer Service: Understanding of customer service protocols
- Multitasking and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented
