Job Summary

Lincoln County is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Community Based Mobile Crisis Worker to join our team. As a Community Based Mobile Crisis Worker, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention and support services to individuals in need. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis intervention and support services to individuals in need, including de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
  • Work with individuals, families, and community partners to identify and address underlying issues and develop plans for ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Document all interactions and services provided, including progress notes and outcome assessments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in crisis intervention and support services.
  • Current QMHA certification through MHACBO.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
