Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Crisis Worker to join our team in Lincoln County, OR. As a Mobile Crisis Worker, you will play a critical role in providing crisis intervention services to individuals in need, working closely with community partners to ensure seamless support and connection to resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to crisis calls and provide on-site support to individuals in crisis, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis assessment skills to ensure safe and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement crisis plans, working collaboratively with individuals, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support and connection to resources.
  • Provide education and training to community partners on crisis response and intervention techniques, promoting a culture of crisis prevention and support.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, social services, and other community agencies to ensure seamless support and connection to resources.
  • Document clinical activities and outcomes, utilizing electronic health records to track progress and inform service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical/treatment experience in a behavioral health setting, with a focus on crisis intervention and response.
  • Current QMHA certification through MHACBO, or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license, with ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to respond to crisis calls and changing circumstances.
