Job Description

This is a contracted position, not an employed one. As a Family Caregiver, you will work collaboratively with our treatment team to ensure the child's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

  • Care for a child in your home or apartment with the support of our treatment team.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the child, promoting their growth and development.

In this role, you will have 24-hour access to consultation and support, as well as access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities. We offer both a sign-on bonus and a placement bonus.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must:

  • Meet state licensing requirements for foster care;
  • Have six months of direct experience working with children who have emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs;
  • Be able to provide a safe and stable home environment.
