Caring Foster Parents for Children with Special Needs

At Spurwink Services, we seek dedicated individuals to care for children with emotional, behavioral and/or developmental needs as part of our Treatment Foster Care Program.
Caregivers will work closely with our treatment team to provide a safe and supportive environment in their home or apartment. This contracted position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
To be eligible, candidates must be able to meet state licensing requirements for foster care and have at least six months of direct experience working with children who have emotional, behavioral or developmental needs. This can be through paid work or volunteering.
We are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive compensation, including a sign-on bonus and placement bonus.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000, depending on location and experience. We encourage motivated and compassionate individuals to apply and join our mission to support children's well-being.
