  • Coordinate with the government to obtain necessary access and/or keys for the performance of the contract.
  • Manage short- or long-term hand receipts for keys, ensuring that all access to facilities is conducted in accordance with security policies and that keys are used solely for contract performance purposes.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, pest control measures, and grounds maintenance efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience coordinating and overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
