Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate leadership in the following areas:

  • Oversee office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Perform advanced clerical and administrative tasks, including dictation and transcription.
  • Draft general correspondence based on your expertise and guidance.
  • Manage appointments, incoming calls, and mail based on priority.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clerical staff and potentially take on a leadership role.
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, officials, and the public.
  • Assist with human resources functions, including disseminating policies and managing clerical tasks related to employee performance and benefits enrollment.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a responsible administrative or secretarial role is necessary. Relevant accreditation or certification may supplement this experience.
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and discretion in handling complex and confidential tasks.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Work Environment:
You will primarily work in a comfortable office setting, with occasional physical activities that may include:

  • Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching above shoulder level.
  • Occasional lifting or carrying of up to 10 lbs., pushing or pulling up to 40 lbs., and walking.
