Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management and associates to achieve sales goals, maintain store standards, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient store operations, including cash office management, inventory control, and recovery standards.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, and support the growth and development of store associates.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
