This position is essential in delivering vital support, education, and resources to those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate ongoing individual and family psychoeducation regarding the effects of substance use
  • Link individuals and families to community resources
  • Maintain communication with referral agencies, case managers, families, and other stakeholders
  • Develop client-specific treatment plans with active participation
  • Engage in treatment plan meetings, case discussions, and clinical reviews
  • Collaborate with both natural and formal support systems
  • Formulate harm-reduction strategies and recovery plans
  • Provide crisis intervention support as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science discipline
  • Experience in the substance abuse sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills
  • Preferred knowledge or training in trauma-informed care
  • Availability for a flexible schedule
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Desirable proficiency in Spanish
Location: North Shore

Starting Salary: $68,000 annually

Full-time benefits include: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan, three weeks of paid vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and Tuition reimbursement up to $2500 per fiscal year.
