Position Overview:
Monarch Investment is in search of a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Mesa Ridge Apartments.

We offer competitive compensation of up to $19 per hour, along with a quarterly bonus of $750, comprehensive benefits, reimbursement for tools and footwear, and complimentary skiing at Monarch Mountain.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $17 - $19

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently complete work orders based on priority
  • Prepare units for new tenants
  • Perform painting and staining for both interior and exterior surfaces
  • Maintain grounds and enhance curb appeal
  • Conduct preventative maintenance as assigned
  • Address exterior structural maintenance as required
  • Carry out snow removal duties when necessary
  • Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call rotation with team members

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
  • Proficiency in drywall installation, painting, and carpentry
  • Basic plumbing knowledge
  • Understanding of electrical systems, including outlets, switches, and fixtures
