Position Summary:
The Performance Media Analyst plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing media campaigns across search platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong mathematical proficiency, analytical capabilities, and a keen attention to detail, coupled with a creative mindset and a solid understanding of consumer behavior in search media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research essential for developing new campaigns.
  • Assist management in collecting data necessary for strategic planning.
  • Prepare documentation required for purchase approvals and ensure vendor signatures are obtained.
  • Take primary responsibility for executing the approved media plan.
  • Oversee and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance and the competitive landscape.
  • Optimize paid search performance to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement optimization strategies and testing plans.
  • Utilize bid management tools and platforms such as Google, Bing, and Oath for campaign management and reporting.
  • Analyze data to generate insights for campaign reporting.
  • Manage monthly billing and collaborate with client strategy teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Familiarize with relevant reporting and analytics tools, including bid management platforms and Google Trends.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Ensure timely completion of all assignments.
  • Stay updated on trends in the search industry and emerging tools and ad formats.
  • Complete training programs and obtain necessary certifications.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and client groups.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in bid management and paid search campaign development and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to manage data effectively.
  • Familiarity with Search PPC and digital display advertising.
  • Resourceful and motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with advanced Excel skills.
