Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
  • Deepen relationships with customers by actively listening, asking questions, and providing solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the banking team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records, balance cash, and perform daily office responsibilities to ensure efficient operation of the branch.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and products to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
