Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist/Licensed Practice Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist/Licensed Practice Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a key member of our Pulmonary Function laboratory, you will be responsible for performing a variety of pulmonary diagnostic tests, including pulmonary function, oximetry, and FENO testing.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine quality control testing on pulmonary function equipment and maintain patient files.
- Work independently in the Pulmonary Function laboratory, supporting patient care as needed.
- Administer DME and perform home sleep studies.
- Support patient care in the capacity of LPN as needed.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practice Nurse in New York State.
- Registered or Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist preferred.
- AHA-BLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Candidates with previous Medical Office, Pulmonary Function Testing, and DME experience will be considered first. As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of the patients for which care is being provided.
